DOCUMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY FOR PREMEDICAL< POSTBACCALUREATE< AND PREREQUISITE COURSES

The application process and documents required are the same for prerequisites, postbaccalaureate, and premedical programs.
- Driver’s license, passport or citizenship card
- High school or university transcripts
- Completed application form
- Proof of English language proficiency for international students if English is not their instruction language
- Non refundable application fee

Application deadline is 2 weeks before the start date.

HOW TO APPLY

Use the contact form on the contact page to ask us to send you the application. You can submit your application by e-mail.

Official transcripts and reference letters need to be sent directly by e-mail from your school or referee. (not needed during COVID19 pandemic)

You will receive a confirmation of receiving your documents within two business days. Each application is reviewed by our admission committee and successful applicants will be announced within 3-5 business days by e-mail.

Step 4. Have transcripts sent The following steps apply to international students only: Step 5. Conditional admission letter is sent to student after the application form ,all documents and the application fee are received.
Step 6. Students pay the tuition specified in the conditional letter of acceptance.
Step 7. After the tuition fee is received, the acceptance letter will be issued.
Step 8. The student applies for a student visa
Step 9. Orientation takes place on your first day of school. You will meet faculty, colleagues, and tour the facilities.​

INTERNATIONAL APPLICANTS ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

All documents submitted in a language other than English or French must have a certified translation from:
- International Credential Assessment Service of Canada (ICAS)
- Comparative Education Service (CES)

PROGRAM COST FOR PREREQUISITE AND POSTBACCALAUREATE PROGRAMS

Application fee $100 (non-refundable)

Individual course fee $788 due on the first day of each course

The credit transfer fee $25/course

Transcript fees
- $20 per copy for regular service (20 business days)
- $50 per copy for rush service (7 business days)
- $100 per copy for super rush service (2 business days)
- $100 student copy- issued to student's home as paper based transcript with watermark stating it can not be used as official transcript by schools.

PROGRAM COST FOR HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATES AND PREMED TRANSFER STUDENTS IN CAD$

Application fee for 92 credit program $200 (non-refundable)

Application fee for postbaccalaureate or prerequisite program $100 (non-refundable)

Individual course fee $788 due on the first day of each course​
All our courses are pay as you go, you do not need to pay in  advance for an entire semester.

The 92 credit program tuition fee $18,912 (12 monthly installments)-only for students who do not have undergraduate studies and start directly from high school

The credit transfer fee $25/course

Application advising $ 100/ hour

PROGRAM COST FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS IS IN CAD$

The 92 credit program tuition fee is $23,000 for students from English speaking countries and $26.000 for the others and must be paid prior to receiving the acceptance letter.
Each course (prerequisite course or postbac course)- $1083 for students from non English speaking countries and $ 959.3 for students from Englsih speaking countries

Transcript fee $ 10-100/per copy

Application advising for professional schools $ 100/hour

The majority of our partner medical school are OSAP eligible, and many have private bank arrangement loans in place for Canadian students (Royal Bank, CIBC, TD Canada Trust) as well as scholarships.

ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
​​​​​​ We accept the following language tests for students whose first language is not English:
- Test of English As a Foreign Language (TOEFL) ​
- International English Language Testing Service (IELTS)
Acceptable test score for TOEFL is 78 and for IELTS is 6. If students do not have the above tests, they can take our own ESL language assessment.

Applicants who studied 3 years or more in the following countries do not need proof of proficiency in English:

If the high school or university program was conducted in English in another country other than the ones listed above, the student has to arrange with their institution to send us a letter attesting that English was the instruction language at the time they took the program.

HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OUTSIDE ONTARIO
The minimum requirement for admission is an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) (30 credits), with courses from the College (C), University (U), University/ College (M), or Open (O) stream, or its equivalent.
Other academic programs considered for admission:
- Other Canadian provinces’ Secondary School Graduation Diploma
- United Kingdom Commonwealth Countries the West Indies, Africa
- General Certificate in Secondary Education
- United States of America Grade 12​​ - Hong Kong Certificate of Education Caribbean Examination Council Certificate​

REFUND POLICY
If local or international students in the postbaccalaureate or prerequisite programs withdraw after their program begins there is no refund. If international students withdraw before the program begins, a processing fee of $500 applies. If international premedical 92 or 60 credit students attend the program during the first 6 months of the year and withdraw or are expelled after the program commences, upon notice of cancellation,
 he/she is entitled to refund minus $500.

The fees paid for the portion of the program that has been delivered are non-refundable. No refund is offered if the student withdraws or is expelled 6 months after registration.

Visa denial or student’s inability to enter Canada refunds for international students are subject to a $500 administrative fee.

The official acceptance letter and visa refusal have to be sent to our office prior to refund. Refunds are paid within 30 days after a student gives notice that he/she is withdrawing from the program or are expelled.
